Double the recipe, and Baked at 375 for 11 minutes on my oven's convection setting. They came out great a slightly crunchy edge with a soft center. I chilled the dough for about 45 minutes, and they were anywhere from 4-5 tablespoons of dough. My kitchen gets really ridiculously hot(it's like a hallway kitchen & the air flow is little-zero) and my oven had been going for about 4 hours by the time I made these . Made somewhere between 60 to 65...
