Really liked this recipe. Very tasty and moist. Added 50g dark chocolate chips. Only 1 tsp cinnamon and 2.5tsp of baking powder as ran out of enough plain flour so added 150g plain then rest SR flour. Liked the idea of covering with foil for 20 mins. This helped keep cake moist
