Really yummy! Perfect sweetness without being overly sweet. Added a dash of vanilla bc I couldn’t help myself and it was good. Cookies held together very well and have a nice crunchy caramelized bottom. Will be making again with other types of jam + inclusions.. strawberry jam + white chocolate chips, apple butter + cinnamon, grape + peanuts !? Yum !!
