We enjoy this recipe a lot. I like to add the Better Than Bouillon Italian Herbs to it.
This recipe does make a thin soup. I like to scoop some liquid out and blend it with some white beans to thicken it up. It also makes it creamy, as well as adding some good fiber to the dish.
Next time I would like to try using 2 1/2 cups of milk total instead of the 1 cup of heavy cream, since the beans add some richness to it.
