I read the ingredients and instructions and then promptly cooked on vibes alone. Bought 4lb of lamb leg, cut into chunks and browned in a Dutch oven on the stove. I added tomato paste, chicken broth, garlic, an onion, balsamic vinegar, radishes, and red wine vinegar. After browning I threw it in the oven with the lid on for about an hour at 375°F. It came out so tender. I’m planning on using the leftover lamb to make a ragu later this week. I also forgot potatoes so I served it over polenta. My baby devoured it
