Excellent. My wife doesn’t like pesto so I made about 1/3 of the chicken with sweet Thai chili sauce and the rest with pesto. I’ve shared this with others and we’ll make it again. The chicken was tender. The broccoli was perfect. The only difference is that I only used one 6 ounce jar of pesto versus two and I used chopped garlic versus garlic powder.
