← Replies in Chipotle Cilantro-Lime Rice (Copycat) Recipe

Bland. I did skip the lemon juice accidentally but I don’t think that’d do it. More cilantro? More lime? Other flavors? Rice over night in fridge or cooked for less time to help the soft soupy mess I ended up with? Not sure how to make this better.
