Very easy to put together. Put in a little more carrot as I needed to use some up. The icing came out a little runny for me with the quantities detailed. I would recommend adding additional sugar icing to firm it up. I also piped the icing and found I needed a double quantity. Next time might try as a tray bake or make individual mini cakes...
