Delicious and creamy, this is an excellent summer dessert. It is rich, as expected of cheesecakes, and very sweet, though not overly so as long as you keep your slices smaller!
I had to cook this a little longer than suggested, which resulted in a slightly cracked top, but that wasn’t a huge worry because the strawberry syrup that was spooned over the top hid it.
The directions were very good, and it’s a fairly simple recipe as far as cheesecakes are concerned.
