This was excellent! I cut the recipe in half. I used ditalini pasta and for the cheese I did half extra sharp cheddar and half American(Kraft singles). I added a little butter, black pepper, and mustard powder at the end. This was actually so easy and tasty! I did need to add more water than I thought and also next time I would be careful not to let the sauce thicken up too much. It does set up more as it cools. Will make again!
