Oh my goodness, the sweet garlic potato flavor combo is so comforting! I used an extra cup of broth, 2 large bulbs of fresh garlic from the farmers market, and a couple cups of chopped kale from the garden that was stirred in after blending and left to simmer for a few additional minites. I also cut the potato into smaller pieces for even cooking and easier blending and added a sprinkle of cayenne. I topped this with grilled cheese croutons (grilled cheese made in the air fryer, removed to cool slightly, chopped up and thrown back in to crisp up for a few) and will definitely be making that a new soup topping staple.
