Grocery shoppers gave me a 6lb chicken that wouldn't fit into crockpot or air fryer so I ended up using this recipe for the IP and it will be my go-to now. The chicken was nice and moist. I winged the spices and it ended up meh so next time I'll actually follow the recipe there lol. I did follow the gravy instructions though, and it was a little thinner than I prefer so I'll add a touch more flour next time. Other than that, this was great!.
