Delicious and very straightforward recipe! If you follow the instructions, your tenders will come out looking exactly like the picture. Also, the breading sticks to the chicken like a dream! I've done many fried chicken recipes, only to be disappointed during frying when the breading starts falling off. Not so with this recipe! And the chicken inside was so tender and moist. The whole family loved it!
I might try playing with the spices next time I make it (one of my kids wanted the breading to really pop with flavors), but they also taste fine as is.
