Super delish!! Did make some mods. Changed green bell for yellow and orange bell. Added a pablano pepper and diced jalapeños. I actually added a dash of brown sugar with the peppers while it cooked to help with the heat of the jalapeños.
To the sauce, I added a bit of BBQ and paprika. I also added a splash of pickle juice. I also added the sauces with a bit more love than what was written.
Will make again!!
