These were delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. Dense enough to be satisfying, but still airy and moist. I usually sweeten with maple syrup, as I don't really care for the taste of honey, but I couldnt even taste it and the amount gave the perfect amount of sweetness. I'd like to try them with a different flour; maybe almond or wheat. Might be good with the added nutrition of almonds, walnuts or pecans.
