Had a big group to feed used a pound of ground beef & a pound of ground pork. Did a mix of portobello mushrooms and button mushrooms & 4 cans of diced potatoes. I was in a time crunch so I used a can of cream of mushroom instead of the broth and whatnot. Also added some horseradish cheese just because we like the flavor. Cooked it in my cast iron on top of the stove which made it a one pot dish. I had cooked everything together before putting the cheese in it so all I had to do was pop the lid on to get it melted. Also added some different seasonings that we enjoy. It was a hearty casserole and everyone enjoyed it.
