Wow this is so amazing. Make sure to pound the chicken breast well. I didn't have Marsala, I realize it's the main part of the dish, but at 20 bucks a bottle, I decided to try the recipe first with white wine instead. It did NOT disappoint. I'm sure with Marsala wine it would be even better. Really delicious. Hubby said it was one of the best chicken dishes he'd ever had.

I used the Marsala cooking wine from Walmart my son loved it and asked for it again. It must be ok because he's eaten the same dish at many different places.
