Wow this is so amazing. Make sure to pound the chicken breast well. I didn't have Marsala, I realize it's the main part of the dish, but at 20 bucks a bottle, I decided to try the recipe first with white white instead. It did NOT disappoint. I'm sure with Marsala wine it would be even better. Really delicious. Hubby said it was one of the best chicken dishes he'd ever had.
