Doubled cinnamon because we love cinnamon .
I really like the double crust. 8 think the sugar/corn syrup mixture is too sweet and overwhelms the taste of the rhubarb. Overall,the filling is too sweet.
Maybe try another rhubarb filling with this crust/topping that I really like.
