Because so many other comments said it was bland, I made the following changes. In a small bowl I combine 1 can beef broth, 1 packet Italian dressing mix, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, and all the other spices, heavy on the garlic. I browned the roast in the Instant Pot, then added the chopped onions and liquid mixture. I pressure cooked it for an hour. The liquid almost tripled! I served it on toasted rolls with pepper jack cheese. Very good.
