This recipe is one of my favourites! Can be a little time consuming, but worth it! I will say, I tend to add WAYYY more seasoning - particularly I will add a bit of sage- but he scarce with it because it WILL overpower the dish if you’re not careful.

Oh yes, also add Parmesan to the potatoes and Worcestershire to the beef. These are both typical of shepherds pie so really should be included in the recipe IMO
