Family loved and asked for seconds...so maybe increase the servings next time. Served with lettuce, chopped tomato, and sour cream. Of note: salsa made the stuffing a bit liquidy, and ingredients slid out from between the tortillas when flipping them, so maybe strain filling and stick filling to both tortillas with cheese? (Buy two bags of cheese.) Also, sprayed tortillas with Pam, instead of spraying pan.
