The biscuit dough was softer than I expected. I really wasn't able to crimp the edges, so I just made it even with pie plate. The filling baked nice and fluffy but could use some more flavor. The recipe makes two crusts, but only one filling. Next time, I might add sautéed onion and garlic plus more seasonings.
