Made twice, first time as 2 x 1lb cakes then second time same recipe in 1x 2lb cake tin. Both times baked perfectly. 2lb cake around 5 mins extra. If cake browning quickly cover with foil which creates mini oven effect cooks cake and doesn’t burn.
