This was delicious. I wasn’t able to cook it in the crockpot, so I baked it in a 13x9 glass dish at 350 degrees F for 1 hour covered with foil. I added 1/2 diced bell pepper and a few chopped fresh mushrooms to the ingredients. Be sure to melt your Velveta cheese before adding to the mixture if you plan on baking it in the oven.
