A few notes: The chicken didn't stay rolled up as I dipped it in the flour, egg, and bread crumbs, so I held them together, but might use toothpicks to do so next time. We would prefer less Dijon mustard flavor to the sauce. Also, I tried air frying 4 chicken breasts in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 300°, but it didn't get done. I put them in for 5 more minutes at 400°, and we still had areas of pink, raw chicken. We ended up finishing ours up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, a breast at a time after slicing them into sections. Once done, our meal tasted good to those of us who ate it, but some lost their appetite seeing the raw chicken. Oh, and I sprinkled the Saran wrap with the spices, then laid down the already pounded chicken breasts, resprinkled them, then added the mozzerella and ham and rolled them as directed.
