Great recipe that takes half the proof time of my usual no-knead peasant loaf recipe which means it can be started and finished all in one day - very easy to follow, made a single loaf half batch to start and likely would in the future as well. Tastes great with just the initial proof but looking forward to trying the longer cold ferment in the future.
