I can't believe how absolutely AMAZING this bread was! My fiance, who hates olives, ate a quarter of the loaf. We took the rest to my son's 16th birthday party and came home with crumbs. The process was simple and the bubbles were massive. This is definitely my new go-to focaccia recipe.
