I’ve made pudding from scratch many times, including using historic recipes. This process was different and fun. We’ll try it with Scotch in the holidays.
I must not have cooked the brown sugar mixture long enough, because it didn’t harden but turned out okay anyway. One suggestion is to update the instructions to give more of a clue when to stop cooking the sugar—unless I soehow missed tat part. Well done, though. Thanks for the lovely treat
