A fantastic carrot cake. The only change I made was to reduce the brown sugar by half a cup because my applesauce was sweetened, and it came out deliciously moist.
The family all rated it 10/10, so it is definitely a keeper. It’s fairly easy to make, took me about 35 minutes of cooking time.
