This was fantastic! Best chicken tikka masala recipe I’ve made. Still not as good as getting from an authentic Indian restaurant but it’s definitely being added to the rotation for homemade dinners! Cooked the sauce longer than the recipe called for so the flavors could blend together longer. Definitely marinate the chicken for as long as you can! I chose to dump the chicken in a bake dish to bake rather than add to skewers to save time. Turned out great! My husband went back for seconds and he only does that for dinners he loves. Served with jasmine rice and naan. Yum!
