Very good. I really like the flavor. I used vermicelli, and maybe it was the brand I used, but it was so thin, as thin as a strand of hair, that it added nothing to texture or taste. I may try what others have done and just break up some thin spaghetti. I used Better then Bouillon Roasted Chicken and cut the water to 2 1/4 cups. Which was perfect.
