Really tasty. 10/10 recommend.
Next time I'll omit the water completely so it's thicker and creamier. Used mae ploy paste. Followed the recipe quantities as is and made enough for 4 portions of large eaters. Cooked half covered for 20 mins, 5 uncovered then 5 after adding the chicken just to be safe. Also didn't need salt with this paste. Only used one large baking potato.
