This soup is very good! I used home grown tomatoes which adds an extremely rich tomatoe flavor. No comparison to store bought.
Followed recipe exactly with one exception. Added a bit of red pepper flakes to slightly spice things up. With or without the flakes, this is a wonderful recipe and I will fix it again next year when we have more tomatoes to put to good use.
