Geeezus that was a lot of onions. They smelled weird, so I didn't use them. The onions really turned me off, so I didn't try it. Hubs said it was good, but he always says that. (I'm sensitive I guess. lol)
I made it again another day, and used fresh, very finely chopped onions. Honestly, the burgers were so wet, and had a very weird texture. The flavor was kind of artificial (for lack of a better word) and just didn't seem right.
TO BE 100% FAIR....I don't really like Krystal burgers anyways, so there's that.
