Greek Seasoning was easy to find, but you could make this with probably any seasonings you like. I've also used other bagged salad mixes. Taco seasoning and Southwest salad mix is good too.
I made mine on my pancake griddle with the tiny, flour, street tacos. Made like 6 or 7 in one go.
