Holy smokes, Lacey! This was a WILD focaccia. Dumping butter on bacon made me question my life decisions but it was all worth it. DELICIOUS, fluffy, bubbly. I love the ability to pull apart the loaf; this was my first time cutting up the focaccia dough. Wow. I gifted lots to collages and they were equally impressed. This one will have to be shared with the family come the holidays! Absolutely making again.
