This turned out delicious! I tweaked the recipe a little! I used 10 cups “Better Than Bouillon” vegetable stock. ❤️ the broth! I added a red bell pepper, a jalapeño, a whole head of garlic, instead of 3 cloves, and a can of green chilies. It gave it a little kick!! Yum! I also sautéd the veggies in olive oil first. All but the cabbage! I added it after the liquid. My carrots were fat, so it took longer to cook, too.
