I like this recipe, added other spices as I didn't have coriander (put cumin, paprika and curry in the crumble dough instead). I also couldn't find fennel so I use pak choï. A bit disappointed by the crumble texture. I think I would add more margarine/butter and no water. Finally I would put less water at the bottom of the crumble (1/3 of the tin is way too much)
