this was the first recipe I tried with my instant pot, and I think I'm a convert! I used the sauté function to brown my chicken first, then cooked as instructed, and the family loved it! the Natural Release portion of the steps took a bit longer than I'd planned for based on the estimated time listed in the instructions, and I'm finding that I may need to start adding a bit more liquid to these pasta-based recipes (trying stroganoff tonight and having a similar issue with dryness), but this one is easy to adapt and a good starting point for an instant pot newbie!
*edit*: I made this again, and added more broth/stock to the original recipe, and it turned out perfectly! I'm finding that an extra cup of liquid seems to fix the dryness in these recipes.
