This was great for a vegetarian Marsala dish. I normally make with chicken, but flavors were all there. I cooked it down more than recipe called for. Shiitakes are a must, don’t sub button mushrooms. I put it over pasta for my kids and spaghetti squash for myself. Add parm and fresh thyme sprinkled on top. It wasn’t my most favorite dish but it was good and easy for a weeknight.
