Omitted the Bourbon. Added 1 tsp extra vanilla extract and 3 smashed up bananas along with 15 oz can pumpkin puree and a tablespoon pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 stick of butter.
I ing is can of cream cheese icing mixed with pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract to taste. A little orange extract and food coloring would be nice too but didn't have so will try next time.
