1) I cut the brown sugar in half 1/2 cup is a lot for two sweet potatoes.
2) I made this pork rub first:
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, grind a bit with a mortice & pestle
3/4 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3) I don't like anise that's in the Chinese Five Spice so I used Za'atar instead. Yum!
