Love this! Hard to decide whether I prefer this over the general tsuos chicken, it's so crispy and sweet! Lots of crunchyness.
We couldn't find glucose/corn syrup anywhere, so we substituted 1:1 with honey. Next time I will only substitute it as 1:0.25, since it may have been a tad too sweet and honey-like.
Overall, such a delicious recipe! You can leave it to eat the next day but it looses crispiness, still tasty. It's quite messy and takes a while to make, but all worth it. I made it for 6 servings but my mum and I devoured it for dinner over two days.
