This came out fabulous, I love sour stuff, and boy, does this deliver, lol. It’s like lemonade with chicken! And this rotisserie chicken idea makes it super easy and fast to make. If you’re more moderate on the sour taste, I’d say go for a little less lemon; I think even half the amount in the recipe would still be really tasty, without being so in-your-face.
