1st time: Used 1 cup Mayo and half cup of cream. Extra vinegar and lemon. No green onion (I was out, will try next time). Used the blender.
2nd time: tripled recipe, one large chive, 3 grn onions, 1/8 cup dried tarragon, handful of fresh parsley plus tbsp dried parsley, 3/4c evenly split btwn Pinot Grigio vinegar + lemon, mayo and cream to taste.
