These turned out good. Easy and nice to have around as a quick snack. I did adjust the ingredients some and would do one more tweak next time.
- Protein powder I did 1.5 scoops
- Added 1tsp of extra water after mixed to moisten the “batter”. If you do add more water don’t add too much or the “batter” crumbles too much.
-Used dairy free semi-sweet mini chocolate nibs
Next time I would add one more TBSP of coco powder.
