This was great and the tofu was nice and crispy under the sauce. When I was cooking this, I thought I'd combine the corn starch, soy sauce, and oil first before mixing it with the cut tofu to save time but I made oobleck instead and had to throw the paste out. Make sure you mix the tofu first with the corn starch to coat, then add the soy sauce and oil after.
