This was my 2nd time making this great recipe.
One Very nice thing that the creator of this blend is, that this makes approximately 4 oz. Just the right amount to fill a 4 oz. Seasonings Jar!!
Simply get a seasoning jar (available at craft Stores and on-line) , fill your jar with the mixed blackened seasonings and You Can Keep as an extra,
I've used this blend on Chicken Wings, Catfish, Salmon and also added it to my boil for shrimp and Crawfish.
Definitely a must keep Seasoning!
