So I've made this twice, and cannot figure out how to get the middle cooked all the way through. Maybe a lower heat and longer cook time? Also, the au jus is so salty I cringed when I took a sip

Hi Amanda! Yes for a 13x9 pan I found you need to do 375° for around 35 mins ( checking every 10 or so as all ovens differ) they will be soft because of the cheese and monster from the meat but trust they will be done in the middle
