I used my Pampered Chef Large muffin pan, took 35 mins total to bake. They came out perfectly!
Ok, I made a 2nd batch 2 days later.
I made some modifications. 2 cups of bananas, 1 cup of chopped pecans, and 1 & 3/4th cup of sugar. Ooh, and about half a cup of chocolate chips.
My Pampered Chef muffin pan handled these muffins like a champ.
